The goal of the Peer Coaching Initiative is to foster the systematic integration of technology into classrooms by training and supporting teachers to be effective coaches with their peers. ESD 105 has been supporting Peer Coaching programs since 2002 and is again offering this program this year! Over 100 teachers are involved as coaches who assist other teachers in identifying ways that technology can strengthen the individual classroom curriculum and enhance students academic achievement. ![]() ST.A.R.S. provides teachers with easy access to WASL, ITBS and school district assessment results for classrooms and individual students. Access for parents/guardians to individual student information can also be provided. Administrative/Curriculum staff can analyze assessment results in a wide variety of methods. | ![]() The Survey Service provides districts, schools and ESD departments the ability to create and conduct surveys online. The results are easily disaggregated, graphed and stored for future analysis. Results are always displayed by totals/averages - never by individual response. |

All E.T.S.C. classes are available to be delivered directly in school buildings as facilities permit. Our "After School U" program is available to all school districts. Department of Education, is committed to helping teachers acquire the skills they need to prepare students for a successful future. TeacherLine provides online professional development through facilitated courses that meet national and local standards, supportive and collaborative learning communities and exemplary Internet-based resources. Offerings are developed through collaborations with organizations such as the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), a National Advisory Board and PBS member stations. Through weekly online discussions with other teachers, streaming video, slides, animations, simulations, and applets, these courses allow educators to experience interactive learning and discover new approaches and techniques. The resources are created by the leading educational organizations in the USA.
